I will start with the call center, please educate the call center agents as to what documents are required when submitting tax return. I called in more than 5 times to get information as to what documents I should submit and one time told to submit my travel log book since 2010, surely that cant be right... the lady on the other end was in such a hurry to drop the phone... needlessly to say i was offended as ur debit orders are the first to go through every month.
Fast forward to submission, takes 2 days to acknowledge the receipt of documents sent, I follow up myself to make sure the return was submitted and after that get a notification that there are supporting documents that need to be sent to SARS, the tax consultant tells me that he will handle this but on checking on efiling..no documents have been uploaded as yet... I send an email to the customer service dept and I am notified that the efiling website has been down... what a blatant lie... I have logged in, re logged in and all seems to be in order.
I pay every month for a service I only use once a year... can someone fix whatever mess is going on in ur camp ASAP and do a correct submission of my returns please.
