RMB PRIVATE BANKING the worst ever experienced

For the last four months I have been with RMB. RMB is a division of FNB. Once in though the service is pathetic. The service has not been great with Private bankers cell phone never been answered etc. The call centre number for the last few days has not been working. The online banking platform we have been using has been offline. I entered the wrong password three times and got locked out (my fault) but to get it reset from overseas was almost Impossible. Countless phone calls from my wife and the bankers don't get back to her in a timely fashion. ( she is also with RMB)
They then disappear and you cannot get hold of them (as mentioned previously) as cell phone calls go straight to voice mail. We were with standard bank private and only moved because I now qualified for the package.
I will be heading back to Standard and begging for there forgiveness as I close the accounts as quickly as possible. My wife has full control of my account but it means nothing 4 the call centre. If I can honestly give you any advice. Stay away from RMB. I will not be opening a bank account with FNB either as the platform and call centres are run by FNB.
We cannot take the consistent poor service
