FNB Private Clients remarkably poor service

The amount of stress caused by the poor performance of the Private Clients bankers, and Private Client service suite is indescribable. Every email I have had to re-explain my complaint and once again request assistance for the same banking tasks I have needed carried out whilst abroad on business.

This 24 hours service suite has, without exaggerating, the worst customer response times I have ever come across. The private bankers assigned to me (Mandla Nyoni, Sipho Mlambo) have failed in every way. I will not go into their plethora of errors. In 47 days I have communicated with FNB close to 20 times. Only one task has been completed in this time frame. The amount of my time and effort spent trying to sort out a handful of simple banking tasks with this "premium" team is pathetic and after 28 years of banking with you I am very near to leaving.

I still have those very same banking needs, the two private bankers above are never to contact me again. I would like one person, to make contact, and maintain contact until these issues are resolved.
