TERRIBLE service for private bankers

I have been trying to get hold of our private banker for a week, but no replies on my email and NOBODY answers the phone for a week!!! I called the call centre, they could also not get hold of the private bankers, but said they would get back to me - which they didn't. I urgently needed to make an overseas deposit, and now missed my deadline because of their pathetic service and incompetence and lack of communication!!! I already closed my business account with them, what the is going on in Witbank's SB??!!! TERRIBLE management. I am disgusted.
