No service from private Banking Standard Bank

The past Saterday I used a ATM and the ATM took my card. I phoned my personel banker and phone was just ringing no one was calling me back. I phoned lost cards and the waiting time for the call was 20 min. If i phone Private banking no they just put you throw to lost cards and I had to wait 25 min to be helped. I told the person who was helping me that Standard Bank must close that ATM because it looks fisy and it is danger for the puplic to use it is big security risk. she tells me i must call other poeple to do that she cant help me. Why must I do Standard Bank work. My biggest complaint is you cant get hold of Private banking staff if you need them so why must I pay the extra monthly fee for this servise. I went over to Private banking to get better help but there is no service. I have had now for the past 5 years problems with Standard Banks servise and they just say sorrry sorry but I can see no inprovemets. I will move to another bank with better service.
