I complained here a few weeks ago about getting a blank page when attempting to change my login details. In response I got generic cut-and-paste advice to install software from the FNB site. This software is not compatible with my operating system. The internet banking interface has now been changed, and I cannot log in at all. Click 'Login' and nothing happens. I have some questions for you: how incompetent are your IT staff? Do they not understand that internet banking should be available from any web-enabled device? Have they heard of developing to web standards? Why can they not be bothered to TEST their software before foisting it on the public. To illustrate this incompetence, I tried to lodge a complaint on your website and received the following error message:--

Error: 404 - URL: /Controller? nav=genericLeadForm. GenericLeadForm&targetDiv=content&ajax=true
Can you not do anything properly?
