I've sent through internal complaint via standard bank and no response yet. The reason why I left Standard Bank is because of poor service from their private bankers. Now I've requested that my accounts be downgraded to Elite since 2012 and still they tell me now that when I want to increase my credit card limit that I must speak to my private banker. I don't have one anymore because of poor service!!! I called 5 times yesterday and they were busy telling me their system is down and finally when I got someone they told me that private bank story!!! and made me hold for 10 mins because I told him to find me someone else who can assist me! How rude!!! I thought I made a mistake by leaving standard bank but everyday you give me reasons not to come back!!!
