Standard Bank
ATM Card reader reported

At approx 10:45 AM, 14/07 I withdrew money from an ATM at Mnandi Spar, when I left the booth a man who went in after me, (and had been friendly with my son outside) called me back to see something. On the ATM screen was a small keyboard, with a flashing cursor and a block. The gentleman asked me to insert my card into the ATM to "cancel" the transaction. I refused and walked away. I personally know someone who at the very same ATM had the same experience and 1 hr later money was taken from their account. Given the odd screen on the ATM I surmised that perhaps there was something on the ATM and called the division, who put me onto the ATM division 086 111 2510 where i ended up with Andre. Repeating the story, (whereby he lectured me) it turns out that the ATM division does not monitor the shop ATM;s and I, your client should contact ATM solutions to report this. I was frustrated with his repeating himself, the lack of proactive assistance & listening and pointed out that this is SBSA branding at risk, he should be more proactive and its not my responsibility to call a SBSA subcontractor, I am disgusted with the lack of escalation process and proactiveness. I hung up on him.
