Lack of service

This is to complain about the shocking service or should I say lack of service.

I did an enquiry last week Sunday the 07/07/2013 about getting a home loan. On Thursday the 11/07/2013 I sent an email to say that no one has got back to me after 4 days. I then got an email to say someone would contact me in 48 hours

A lady then phone me on Friday the 12/07/2013 at 14:20 I told her what the problem was and she said that she was going to walk across the floor and give my details to someone and make sure they phone me straight away. It is now Monday the 15/07/2013 8 days since I did the enquiry and I still have not heard from any one.

If FNB does not want my business please can they let me know and I will go to other bank and maybe they will help me. I have been with FNB for a long time and have never and any problems before but what I am getting now is shocking that I want to move my stuff to other bank.

I really hope that I can get some joy because buying a house is starting to turn into a bit of a nightmare
