I have been paying on my credit card since 2009 and have only skipped 4 payments! My acc was handed back to SBSA from laywer cause I pay on a regular basis. Elton from card division phd me on the 17th telling me that I am R2500 in arrears and I made arrangements to pay R1000. Because I am 1 day late in payment he decided to take the full amount from my marketlink account! without my permission or even informing me that this will be done! I am sorry if I am so busy with budget meetings that I can only do payment on the 28th! this gives you no reason to take whatever you please and deduct all the funds as you dont know my life and dont know my personal budget! Elton told me he has the right to take the full amount! I have kept my record with SBSA clean! and dont treat me like a criminal as if i wont pay! Where do I have the right for the bank to "help" themselves with my money! I am asking for this amount to be credited back into my account and I will pay the R1000! I first of all thought there was going on because nobody informed me that this will be done!! Are you allowed to help yourselves to my funds as you please??
