After logging a complaint on Hellopeter, I had a quick reponse from Fnb and was told that my information was forwarded to the courier department and it would take 5 days for them to contact me. Five days past, I phoned Fnb, who then contacted the courier department and was told that tne couriers was waiting on FNB because they never received my details. I am actually past the stage of feeling furious surely I am doing it for fun. How long does it take for me to get a smart device because mine takes forever. The puzzeling part is that my account has been adjusted with less withdrawels because I applied for the device but not yet received. I serouisly need to know how long I still need to wait
