WHY CAN'T FNB HELP!!!

WHAT'S GOING ON WITH FNB'S NEW ONLINE BANKING LAYOUT. AFTER ENTERING ONE'S USERNAME AND PASSWORD IT SAYS "LOADING" YET STAYS ON THE HOME PAGE. FURTHER WHEN ONE CALLS THE HELPLINE THEY SAY THEY WILL PUT YOU THRU TO THE RIGHT DEPT, YET ONE GETS AN ENGAGED/CUT-OFF SIGNAL ON THE PHONE. THEN ONE CALLS THE OMBUDSMAN ON FNB'S WEBB AND HE REFERS YOU TO A DEPT WHICH IS JUST SO UNHELPFUL. WHERE IS THE "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? "
