Smart device order - lack of delivery

On the 1st of May 2013 I ordered my smart device throught FNB's online banking.By the 3rd when I had not yet heard anything from FNB I contacted them, only to be told that FNB would contact me back regarding this.
I was contacted on Monday the 6th to sell me a smartphone from FNB, and had to answer all the same questions and had to tell the call centre agent which device I wanted (all of which was filled in online when I applied), I was also promised a confirmation sms with a reference number - never happened.
On 7th of May I recieved an SMS stating that all my details was sent to the courier and that I should expect delivery of my device in few days time. I then contacted FNB to find out my couriers number. I contacted the courier and they had no knowledge of any of my details. I then contacted FNB again and asked why this was not done when I had recieved an sms, they stated that there is some sort of delay. Today the 10th of May I went into a branch an queried the whole system there, only to be told that there is no stock of the device (Samsung Galaxy s4) I requested and that they cannot tell me when there would be? This is absolutely pathetic... no updates ever and when?
