Extremely bad service

My fiance has been he tried to put his card into the atm and it would not go in the manbefore him who did draw said that the machine has been upgraded and will help him when he looked at his card again he noticed it was not his card.he imm asked me to a to stop the card imm. I ran into spar bertrams were the incident took place and used their phone to stop the card. I had to listen to all their stupid promps and still had to select 1r2 which took even longer i had to wait for someone to assist me all this took about10 min. When they finaly took my call i ask them why did they take so long to assist me as it is an emerg. they could not answer me i block the card imm and could not get any futher assistance from the them. when we arrived home we again called to make sure no money was withdrawn from his account just to be cut off by two consult. the third consult was helpful and told us all his money was withdrawn from the shell garage around the corner from spar bertrams. i think this is very unfair as i had to wait for them to answer my call.std bank does not care as long as it is not their money. why does the pin app on the screen. i need answers but cant get it std stinks
