I got a call from VPLUS onbehalf of MFC with regard to car insurance, i was requested to send in proof through to them to indicate if my vehicle which is financed by MFC is insured, i send them policy documents from MYWAY insurance onthe 28th march 2013, onthe 27th may 2013 MFC deducted R579 from my account, it was a huge supprise to me because i never took up any extra cover with them, i did not even know what the money was for until i called the call centre of which no one has been able to assist me in getting a refund as the debit order was not authorised, i did not agree to any contract with VPLUS or MFC about a comprehensive motor cover, I have tried to get a refund from MFC and no one is willing to take responsibility since the day of the debit. I have send in a wriiten request for a refund and cancellation of the cover. I need a refund of the money taken from my account without my permission with immediate effect.
