Hello Peter,

on the 27th June 2013 my account was deducted with an amount of 1010 with any notification. I called absa and Iwas told a letter was sent to my address stating that Ihad to renew and send through my insurance details off wich I never received a call nor a letter from them.

The lady said the insurance was going to cover July since the deduction in june. On 02 Oct Isupplied them with the insurance papers they required for comprehensive cover. i called their call centre on 3 october 2013 to enquire about the refund and their call centre cosulatant tols me I will not be receiving any refund as the amount that was deducted on 27 sept 2013 was covering sept. i have paid 2 insurance policies and i want my refund ferom absa and they are refusing to pay.
