Still waiting for refund of incorrect debit

Hi

I signed a policy Policy 951056724, with 1st for woman in January 2013. In March my debit order was suddenly unpaid. I checked my bank account and 1st for women deducted an extra R 139 payment sinceJanuary. I contacted the call centre and tthey said this is 2nd policy for scratches and bumps to my car, which I never asked for. I have send 2 emails now to 1st for women and justy get a standard response of "We have refered it to the relevent department to assit with the cancellation and refund thereof. My 1st email was 14 March and the 2nd email, 18 March. I am still waiting for this refund- meanwhile I had to pay R 60 for the March unpaid debit order, due to 1st for woman taking off the extra R139.

How many times must I still email you, to refund my money? Please sort this out!!!
