Card Call centre up to NO GOOD

Was contacted on mid May 2013 for increase. Emailed the forms ONLY end may. I completed the forms and send it 4 June 2013.

NO RESPONCE.

I'm a client of 15 years and they still keep to disappoint. If it's not their home loan department it's their so called Platinum client relation personnel and their card department.

The unfortunate thing is that NO bank is good. These 4 banks are a monopoly so they can do with their clients as pleased.
