POLICY CLAIM AND REPAIRS

I was involved in a smash and grab incident on the date and time specified. The following day I called Dial Direct to enquire about claiming and having my window repaired. This was my first time calling Dial Direct after having my car insured? 2 years ago. I didnt know what the procedure was what my policy entailed. My call was answered by a very couteous and polite gentleman who introduced himself as Theo Samuels. He wanted to know what the call was about and listened attentively while I explained. He was very empathetic with my situation and enquired whether my daughter and I were ok and if we were hurt in any manner. He thereafter explained what my policy entailed and that I could have my window repaired at an excess of R750.00 and he logged the called with the relevant company who contacted me 20 minutes later. Mr Samuels was very polite, professional, answered all my questions, was prompt in responding, knew the policies and procedures of the company very well but most of all was very patient with me. He has great people skills, friendly, positive attitude and has great telephone etiquette. Thank you Mr Samuels for a very effective and efficient service
