Just want to complement Dail Abrahams from Dial Direct Claims Department for Cape Town & Free State Region. I submitted a Claim on Friday afternoon and around 16h00 I ended the call. At 16h30 Dale phoned me to inform me that my claim was approved and that the amount will be paid into my account within 3 working days. I was pleasantly surprised with the speedy and Friendly service receive. Furthermore, the amount was paid into my account on Monday evening at 00:00 - one working day.
