Through the festive season, the broke my car's window and the cd player. I phoned Dail Direct on the Wednesday and the next day my claim was paid out in full into my bank accout! They even arranged for the nearest glasfit to contact me for the replacement of the shattered window. Glassfit replaced the window in front of my driveway and I did have to even drive to town.
