I reported my lost phone on MTN, they sent my claim forms to 24 hours mobilitty yesterday 09/07/13, after 30 minutes I received a call from Kagiso regarding my claim, he kept calling and sending me emails to make sure that I get assisted. he managed to help me same day and today 10/07/13 I got my handset and I am very very happy with good and professional service I received. 24 hour mobility is an insurance to be used.
