My phone fell and broke. called 24hr mobility and my phone was collected immediately. My claim was handled by a an agent called Kagiso Mashigo. I was and still impressed by how promt he handled the claim and the professionalism he provided through out. Im happy to say my phone was back within 4weeks and looks brand new. Many thanks to 24hr Mobility for hiring good and adequate staff that are able to do their work effeciently.
