Quick response to loss of phone

I lost my phone on the 17/04 and reported it on the 18/04 and send a claim form on the 18/04 .on the 19/04 i received a call from 24hr mobility to see my claim has been approved and asking the nearest mtn store to go fetch my phone.kagiso mashigo was of great help checking for me the nearest store for me to get a new phone
and he also went the extra mile to see to it that everything went well.a day later kagiso cald in to check if i did receive my phone and is it working well.thank you very much 24hr mobility for your assistance
