My phone got lost a few days ago & I called the insurance company listed above to make a claim on Monday. I was given all the information of exactly what need to do 1st time. I submitted my claim on Tuesday & received a response immediately stating the outstanding required documentation. I then submitted the documents around 09:00 on Wednesday morningaround 09H00 & within an hour my claim was approved.
