I did a credit card payment as was agreed upon but still get a call centre monkey phoning me and giving me the story of not having paid the account. What must a person do to ensure that these standard bank monkeys can wake up, smell the coffee and get their facts straight before they start accusing a person that has paid and tell them they are responsible to ensure that the money reflects on their systems. They are just to lazy to get the facts but quick to cause.
At least there staff in the Pmb branch is understanding and helpful. Thank you to Sharika Mungal for your help. Call centre you are useless
