Never trust std bank consultants

I applied for a merchant machine from STd bank for the business. Their consultant phone fir an appointment which I was late for... on arrival she told me she was late and had to leave. She quickly explained the two machines. The cheaper and a bit expensive one. As a person who is conscious of the consiquences of renting or buying things without insurance my first question was whether the facility is fully covered should something happens... she said yes if u choose the cordless one it will be. So I signed and even after I had a problem with the charges... I sent an e-mail asking std bank to come fetch their machine on several occassion but they just ignored my plea.
