I would like to congratulate Outsurance, yourself and especially Simphiwe Zikalala for outstanding service. Simphiwe went out of her way to understand my needs by listening carefully to what I was saying over the telephone.
She did not sell Outsurance Critical Illness and Disability cover to me as a product of the company she works for. She used a great product she trusts in, understands fully, can provide all information for off the top of her head to cater for my every need.
I have not had that quality of service from a call centre in a very long time.
