No response, about delivery of card machine!

I had a consultant come in and signed all necessary documents for our card machine for our shop . we where told that within 2 day we will have the machines. On the sencond day they still hadnt installed machines and I lodge a quries over the phone was promises a feed back wich never happed, it is now the 4th day and still no card machine!!! our clients are complaining about the lack of machines!
