On the 1st of July 2013 Wesbank debited my account after the debit had already been made on the 15th of June. I called Wesbank to try and rectify this and was promised they would refund me after I had sent them my proof of bank account. I sent them the proof on the 5th of July. I emailed Jaclyn on the 6th of July to confirm receipt. She replied and said she had asked her supervisor to approve the payment. On Monday, after I noticed no refund had been made, I emailed Jaclyn and she said she had asked her supervisor to approve the refund. I called her again yesterday to check on the progress and she said she'd get back to me once her supervisor got back to their desk. Unfortunately she never got back to me. Will someone please assist me with this.
