I called Budget insurance for a quote. Tidimalo assisted me. I gave her my residential address and confirmed everything by phone. When I finally agreed to the premium (R350) and received my policy document I noticed that the residential address was incorrect and that certain details were not recorded correctly on the document. I emailed the consultant who called me and put me through to a different person to change my details. After changing them I was informed that my premium had increased by R100! This because the first consultant failed to capture my information correctly. No thanks Budget you can keep your policy. If you debit my account I will go to the Ombudsman because your service is PATHETIC.
