Efund on a debit taken

I was debited by Capitec Bank a sum of R538.57 on the 28/06/2013, and I went to the branch all other transaction were reversed on the 29/06/2013 but the Capitec transaction has not been reversed and I have been taken from pillar to post regarding this matter, I don't know if it's going to be reversed or not because the debt review debit went off on the 01/07/2013 and Capitec has been credited their money.
I have called several times, the last call was today in the morning they said my matter will be sorted out on monday and i have waited for almost 2 weeks now for the response...
