The noise in Jan smuts is unbearable, almost everyday we have to endure the loud music coming from the vehicles that visit the dam. As residents who stay next to the dam we don't get peace. The dam even closes around 8pm instead of 5pm that is stipulated on the board. When we call Saps they don't show up or they will tell you they can't assist cos they are busy. Can someone please intervene and control the noise. Thank you.
