Disappointing Service

I emailed a query with Discovery Card on the 18/04/2013 at 04:20pm and to this date noone has gotten back to me, and I see that my balance is now at R651.95, i feel helpless as they forwarded the query to FNB, but as far as I am concerned my card is with Discovery and I would expect they would follow up???

my query was as below:

Hi

Can you please tell me why I owe you R474.12 on the card? I applied for debt counseling a while ago and that means I am indebted but you continue to bill me membership fees and interest? Can you please explain? What needs to be done to cancel the membership fees?
