Awaiting Membership card for 6 months

I have called discovery to query about my moms medical aid card, i was told thier was a postal strike.
i was also informed a new card was printed on the 25th of July and the card will take 4-6 Weesks to arive, time has passed im still waiting!

quick to take contributions, difficult to provide service!
