No Card Delivery

My Discovery Health membership was activated at the beginning of February. I received an sms on the 11/01 providing me with my number and saying that i will receive my membership details in two weeks. I have still not received any details. I enquired on Sun 24/02 about my card, and have still not had my query returned, or any light shed on the matter. I am new to Discovery, but not chuffed so far...
