Poor service from African Bank

Hi,

Last week Wednesday I called African Bank Call Centre to request my settlement letter for my two loans, they said they will e-mail it to, nothing happened. On Friday I have to call again and they said they they will e-mail it to me while on the line, guess what nothing came through. Remember I'm calling using my cellphone which I have to stay on the line for more than 15 minutes.

On Monday I have to call again and ask they said they will e-mail it to me, again nothing in my mailbox. I had to ask at work and go to Midrand Branch and ask what is the problem because I need the settlement letters for my house bond. When I arrive there almost I had to wait for more than 2 hours because other consultants decided to go on lunch. About 2 consultants helping people on lunch time, also the register no one is controlling it, some people just come in and go to the other consultants and jump the line. And some consultants spend time on their cellphones

When my time arrives, i was told to call the call centre again, i did i requested them to send the letter to the branch, guess what? I was told that their system is too slow and I didnt receive my letters even today, poor service indeed.
