SETTLEMENT LETTERS

I phoned on Friday to get settlement letters. The agent advised that she will send to my email address and I will receive it in the next 3minutes. When I realised that its past more than 30 minutes and nothing has come through I decided to phone again and I was told that there is a system error. I phoned again this morning and I was told that the person who was trying to send me the email on Friday is not available and only that person will be able to do it - really? Today is the 2nd working day and still I can't get it I must wait for tomorrow, just for a settlement letter - is this too much to ask? This is very frustrating honestly because I really need these letters urgently. I demand that the settlement letters be sent to my email address that I provided before 12H00 noon.
