I don't even know why am writing this report, as Absa is one of the most unhelpful banks in this country.
I settled my Credit Card almost 2 months ago, and was told by the Call Centre Lady that I will receive a Letter stating that this Account was settled and closed. Up to today, this account is still not closed. And I am once again paying for an account, which I don't even have a Card for. Why is ABSA employing incompetent personnel to attend to matters like this. I will not pay a CENT on this account. And I would so appreciate it, if a competent person can call me to resolve this MATTER.
AS I am fed up.
