Shocking customer service from discovery card

I am a platinum card holder with discovery credit card and have been trying to change my bank details for the debit order for literally months now I have filled in all the forms they asked me too numerous times, sent the letters they required etc but still nothing each time i call to speak to them they promise me someone will get back to me and no one ever does its so frustrating I'm on the verge of closing my account
