I need your assistance again.
I contacted your PTA branch on Monday, 22 July 2013 and asked for a settlement letter. They said it would take three days.
By Wednesday, 24 July 2013, I had received nothing and called again (late afternoon), this time giving the call centre agent my fax number, as she said that the letter was sent, however, to a wrong e-mail address, even after I spelt the address to the call centre agent on Monday.
It is Friday and still nothing. This morning I called and spoke to Mary Jane who said that the settlement amount was being requested from African Bank. Now I will receive a letter on Monday. Obviously something is amiss here.
I have the cash and I would like to pay this amount immediately before any more interest is added to the account. Can you please assist me?
