I am currently still in line at the Old Mutual in Menlyn. It has been nearly two hours now. The first hour was due to ALL the consultants being on lunch, who sends all their consultants on lunch at the same time? We are quite a few people in line each mumbling about how slow the service is. Two hours in a line, and counting, is unacceptable... especially on a work day. Thinking about withdrawing all my investments and moving to another investment company! Poor customer service!
