PROBLEM WITH UNSATISFACTORY POOR SERVICE

Hi

I applied for a personal loan at African Bank last week Monday to date I still have not received a satisfactory answer as to what has taken so long.i was told that the turnaround time was 48hrs and I have called 10 times and each consultant tells me a different story. I have never been frustrated like this, the service is just appalling. The other time l had to wait for two hours as one of the branch consultants was on lunch for two hours as my application had been returned to the branch. The application was reworked and now i am being told that my application is with the credit assessment department til now. Clearly the people from the call centre either do not have any training at all, or they are just not interested in their jobs as l keep getting a different response. As a financial provider of your caliber l expected professionalism, truly l was mistaken.
