Credi Card transaction

Hi,

I was defrauded in december on my african bank credit caerd. I laid a complaint in January and I was given a reference number a nd a promise that feedback will be given by the 31st of March. I have made numerous requests to get feedback for months and months now - to date I still don't know what the outcome of the case was.
