NO ONE CAN ASSIST WITH REFUNDS!!!

My partner opened a loan with African Bank. He then closed the account about three months ago by settling it. For the past THREE months African Bank have still be debiting his account weekly. When we realized this we went into African Bank for them to assist us with the problem. Then ONLY did they explained that we needed to contact head office to cancel the card, which we did the same day. African Bank then told us that we would be reimbursed on the 29th of December 2012, which of course did not happen. With constant phone calls and faxes to there call center numerous times, nothing has been done about this situation thus far. I am very angry and annoyed with this bank, as I feel like African Bank are from me. They are quick to debit and take your money, but when it comes to reimbursing you they do absolutely nothing about it. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
