I am hoping that someone will be able to give me some sort of feedback on my credit card. On 12 October 2013 my credit card was used. I immediately went into Ficksburg Branch and reported it. An affidavit was made and signed by the police as well as 6 signatures given and a copy of my ID. I phoned call centre to follow up and was told that it would take 3 months to investigate. I have tried on numerous occasions to try and get feedback but I am constantly told I will receive an SMS. It is going onto 4 months and I still have had no response from African Bank. Obviously someone is not doing their job - too difficult???
