After I have logged a complaint from Hello peter I was finally contacted by African Bank consultant. I laid down my concerns and the person promised to contact me soon. this was on the 28/02 today is 07/03 still have no feedback. What I would like to request from African Bank is to remove my name from credit listing with immediate effect. I will not make any payments towards this account until someone from African Bank tells me what I am paying and stop pussing the buck all the time.
