Debt counselor not responding to answers

I have been clear from debt counseling for more than a year. I have letters to prove this. If I apply for finance all the bureaus still pick up that I'm under debt counseling. The Debt counselor, Heidie Knorr hasn't contacted us to explain why. Each time she says she phones the bureaus but she can't understand why we are not cleared. Isn't it supposed to be her responsibility to be able to clear my name? This affects all aspects of my finances and is not acceptable.
