I filed for a claim on the above mentioned date, ref#17471007, my Hyundai i-10 was damaged on my way to work on N12 highway due to an unidentified individual who threw a brick from the bridge straight to the highway, I continued to work as the vehicle was in a drivable condition i didn't stop as i was scared that it could be a possible distraction for hijackers, I notified my insurer Mi-way and evaluations were done. Mookho Puling handled the claim no: 463114 and authorized it, my access for the policy is R3000 now my problem is that the panel beater needs the access upfront and at the moment i don't have that cash on hand. Will it be possible for my insurer Mi-way to perhaps sell me a "buy out access" policy so that i can have my car fixed now and pay them back at a later stagearrange how payment will be done_is there a possible known way to go around such situations
