I joined miway last month (August), we agreed on a No access premium, as on my previous insurance i did not have access, and i also don't like accesses. Its not a matter of I like claim a lot. I ve got 2-3 years claim free. Now they send me a letter saying my policy will have an excess of R3300. when i tried reasoning with them they said if i remain with no excess they increase my premium by over R 300. The only reason i changed from my old insurer was the promise they made to beat my premium with what ever insurance i was, Indeed I was happy with their new premiums.
im soooo irritated, I asked myself if this is how the recruit new members? After 1 premium they make changes on the policy ..
